Privacy Policy
Computerized AI Ltd — UK GDPR / EU GDPR / US State Privacy
Effective date: 9 July 2026 · Last reviewed: 9 July 2026
1. Who We Are
Computerized AI Ltd (“Computerized AI”, “we”, “us”) is an AI automation and engineering firm registered in England and Wales (company number: 16364055), registered office at Office 1586TJ, 182-184 High Street North, Area 1/1, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. For the personal data described in this policy, we are the data controller. Contact for privacy matters: admin@computerized.ai.
We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), and, where applicable, the EU GDPR and US federal and state privacy and email-marketing laws.
2. Scope
This policy covers personal data we process when we: (a) conduct business-to-business outreach; (b) operate our website and personalised demonstration pages; (c) respond to enquiries; and (d) deliver services to clients. It does not cover data we process on a client’s documented instructions as a processor — that processing is governed by the client’s own privacy notice and our data processing agreement with them.
3. Important Note on Demonstration Data
Our demonstration pages and proof-of-concept files display transaction records, deal pipelines, party names, property details, and financial figures. This content is fictitious and synthetically generated for illustration. It is not personal data relating to real individuals, is not production data, and is not drawn from any live business system. The only real personal data used in a personalised demonstration is the recipient’s business contact information (name, role, company), used as described in Section 4.
4. What We Collect and Why
4.1 Business contact data (prospecting)
We collect professional contact details of individuals at businesses we believe may benefit from our services: name, job title, company, business email address, business phone number, company website, LinkedIn profile URL, and related firmographic information. Sources: publicly available professional profiles and company websites, and licensed B2B data providers.
Purpose and lawful basis: direct business-to-business marketing of relevant services. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) in promoting our services to relevant businesses. We have conducted a balancing assessment: we contact people only in their professional capacity, about services relevant to their role, with a clear identity and a simple way to opt out in every message. Corporate-subscriber B2B email of this kind is conducted consistently with PECR.
4.2 Personalised demonstration pages
We may use a recipient’s name and company name to personalise a demonstration page. The underlying deal data on those pages is fictitious (Section 3). We collect standard analytics about visits to demonstration pages — page views, visit counts, timestamps, approximate location (from IP address), browser and device type — to understand engagement and follow up appropriately. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. Where cookies or similar technologies that require consent are used, we request consent (Section 6).
4.3 Enquiries and correspondence
When you contact us, we process your contact details and the content of your correspondence to respond. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
4.4 Client engagement data
When you become a client, we process contact, contractual, and billing information to deliver the engagement, invoice, and meet legal obligations. Lawful bases: performance of a contract; compliance with legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting); legitimate interests.
We do not knowingly collect data relating to children, and we do not process special category data in our marketing or demonstrations.
5. Automated Decision-Making
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing. AI tools may assist us in drafting or personalising communications; a human remains responsible for our outreach and engagement decisions.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Our website and demonstration pages may use strictly necessary cookies (no consent required) and, with your consent where required by PECR or the ePrivacy rules, analytics technologies that measure page engagement. You can withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings or the mechanisms described on the relevant page. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Who We Share Data With
- Service providers (processors): email delivery and sequencing platforms, CRM and analytics tools, cloud hosting providers, and AI model providers used in drafting and personalisation — each bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.
- B2B data providers: where we verify or enrich business contact records under licence.
- Professional advisers and authorities: where required for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
8. International Transfers
We are UK-based and some of our service providers are located in the United States or other countries outside the UK/EEA. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary measures where appropriate.
9. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed: prospecting data for the duration of a campaign and a reasonable period thereafter (or until you object or opt out, whereupon we suppress your details from future outreach); enquiry records for up to 2 years; client and billing records for 6 years after the engagement ends (UK statutory requirement); demonstration-page analytics for up to 12 months. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
10. Your Rights (UK and EEA)
You have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; erasure; restriction of processing; data portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and object at any time to direct marketing — in which case we will stop. To exercise any right, contact admin@computerized.ai. We respond within one month. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or, in the EEA, to your local supervisory authority. Exercising your rights is free and you will not be treated differently for doing so.
11. US Residents
11.1 Email marketing (CAN-SPAM)
Our commercial email to US recipients identifies Computerized AI as the sender, uses truthful subject lines, includes a valid postal address, and contains a functioning unsubscribe mechanism. Opt-out requests are honoured promptly and in any event within 10 business days.
11.2 State privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and others), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We will honour applicable state-law requests submitted to admin@computerized.ai, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Note: certain state laws apply only to businesses meeting revenue or volume thresholds; we honour the rights above regardless, as a matter of policy.
12. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege access to prospect data, and vetting of processors. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs that risks your rights, we will notify the ICO and affected individuals as required by law.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and effective date will be published on our website. Material changes will be highlighted.
